Conflict Resolution – What to do when a conflict arises in our group. 

This group is run by voluntary forces. It is up to each of us to try to work out our problems. By working out our problems we can set an example for our children to see how to work with each other. While we are individuals, together we can do some amazing things. Please read over the following information on a yearly basis and refer to this when a conflict arises to help guide your actions.
